![]() ![]() Your now forced to take Spectrum billing to get 100mg Internet. He even said himself, no more deals once promotions expire. Reps are now threatened with pick slips if they give customers more than a $10 credit to anyone not on a promotion. Tom Rutledge removed the six-tuner DVR options for new customers. It is soley because of Tom Rutledge's leadership! Tom Rutledge cares only about the money in his pocket and getting to work each day in his ******* helicopter! Don't believe anything else! Spectrum is far worse than TWC. I have been with TWC on and off since 2006. I remember getting standard internet from them at 7/1 back in 2006. Up to 15/1 when Charter took over a year ago. I remember even for Business Class, only 50/5 being the maximum available. Now, under Charter, Business class has jumped dramatically. Gone are the three year contracts, and the $200+ a month for 50/5 internet. Now we can get 100/10 business class internet for our business for $79.99 a month, everyday price. That is a dramatic improvement and savings. and now it is month to month service over the 3 year contract we originally had.įor home service, yes. and now I don't have to pay to upgrade my own modem anymore, either. because the monthly $8.00/month for modem rental is gone (like many said, rolled into the price). While the 100 download isn't necessary for many, the 10 mbps upload is very nice to finally get for storing files on the cloud or uploading videos I produce. I say overall, I have had good service at the local Spectrum store, gotten answers I need, consistent service. so I am satisfied with them both in residential and commercial. more-so than the other alternative, AT&T. I say he is doing a fair job.įor home service, yes. I was able to renegotiate my 15/1 internet at the $34.99 promo rate consistently. Now you are stuck with Spectrum for $64.99 no matter what. ![]()
